Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal (link is in your payment confirmation email). Canceling stops all future charges immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If the paid features are substantially unusable for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will ask Paddle to issue a full refund — no questions, no forms. Refunds after 14 days are handled case by case.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

The free tier is never at stake

Venting, matching, and the "you're not the only one" evidence are free forever. A refund or cancellation never removes the core experience — only the quality-of-life extras.
